THE WINE FRONT - REVIEW BY gary walsh

Deeper Well. Sometimes when you look at words in the English language, they start to look very strange. Deeper Well.

Quite a bit of oak here of the sweet nougat kind, though certainly there’s a deep well of fruit to support it. Coffee cream chocolate, violets, earth, black fruits, full-bodied, supple and packed with tannin, with an intense blackcurranty flavour and that kind of settled acidity too, thick, fresh and long to close, with perhaps a little mint chocolate off on the horizon. It’s like falling into your favourite velour bean bag, only easier to get up.
