Created by California artist Trevor Elliot in 2004 , "The Fingerprint of Place" logo is a meditation on the uniqueness of site and an affirmation of the subjectivity of personal awareness and taste.

In other words, what matters to us is what you perceive and feel when you drink our wines.

Refined into the current wine bottle design by Dom Roberts in 2007, Inkwell was featured in the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art’s massive retrospective “How Wine Became Modern” in 2010-11 as one of the world’s best wine bottle designs from 1975-2010.
