2022 High Violet Preservative Free Grenache Mataro is on the cutting edge of the new generation of wines to emerge from McLaren Vale in recent years. With a focus on the expression of fresh wine grapes with a lower alcohol than the regional tradition, this wine is wildly drinkable and free of added sulphur. It was been on high rotation in our house through the summer months, often served chilled or cold. Perfect with just about everything except breakfast cereal.  For best results, drink in 2023 or 2024.
