Sip and Tell - terms & conditions.
1. The promoter. Inkwell Wines Pty Ltd, 377 California Road, Tatachilla, McLaren Vale SA 5171. ABN 89 825 339 751. Liquor licence 57607675 . Contact: sipandtell@inkwellwines.com.
2. The campaign. Sip and Tell runs throughout 2026, with monthly draws from launch in May 2026 to December 2026. The promoter reserves the right to pause, extend, or close the campaign with reasonable notice on inkwellwines.com.
3. Who can enter the prize draw. Anyone aged 18 or over with a valid Australian shipping address. Employees of Inkwell Wines and their immediate families are not eligible. Entrants outside Australia are warmly encouraged to post and tag, but are not eligible for the prize draw.
4. How to enter. Post a photograph on a public Instagram or Facebook account showing Inkwell wine in any setting. Tag @inkwellwine on Instagram or @inkwellwines on Facebook, and use #InkwellSipAndTell. Each qualifying post is a separate entry. There is no limit on the number of entries per person per month.
5. Account visibility. Entrants must keep their social media account public for the duration of the entry month so the promoter can find and verify the post.
6. The prize. A half-case of six bottles of Inkwell wine, selected by the winery, with a minimum retail value of A$180. Shipped free to any Australian address. The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not exchangeable for other wines.
7. Selection of winner. One winner is selected each month by the Inkwell team, in their sole discretion, from all qualifying entries posted during that calendar month. Selection is not based on a public vote or measurable criterion. The Inkwell team's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Notification and claiming the prize. The winner is announced in the first week of the following month on @inkwellwine and contacted via the platform on which they entered. To claim the prize, the winner must email sipandtell@inkwellwines.com within seven days of being contacted, providing: a high-resolution version of the winning photograph, their full name, the location or occasion of the photograph, and their Australian shipping address. If the winner does not respond within seven days, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected. The prize will be shipped within fourteen days of the promoter receiving the winner's details.
9. Limit on winnings. One half-case per person for the duration of the campaign — once you've won, give someone else a turn.
10. Licence to use your photograph. By entering Sip and Tell, you grant Inkwell Wines Pty Ltd a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, crop, edit, adapt, publish, and display your submitted photograph across Inkwell's marketing channels — including but not limited to social media, the inkwellwines.com website, email campaigns, printed materials, signage, and trade communications. This licence is granted free of charge and without further compensation. You confirm that the photograph is your own work, that you have the right to grant this licence, and that any identifiable people in the photograph have given permission for it to be used in this way. Inkwell will not sell your photograph to third parties.
11. Credit. Where practical, Inkwell will credit the photographer by their social media handle when reposting or republishing the photograph.
12. Content standards. Photographs must not contain anything unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of any third party. Photographs featuring identifiable minors will not be eligible. Inkwell reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its discretion.
13. Responsible drinking. Inkwell supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol. Photographs that depict excessive or irresponsible drinking will not be considered.
14. Privacy. Personal details provided by the winner (name, address, contact information) are used solely for the purpose of delivering the prize and will not be shared with third parties except as required to ship the wine. See our Privacy Policy at inkwellwines.com/privacy.
15. Variation and cancellation. Inkwell reserves the right to vary these terms or cancel the campaign at any time, with reasonable notice on inkwellwines.com.
16. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
