• Please only use the QR code for your suite. Each room has its own code so that wines are correctly allocated to your account.

• All wines must be paid for before checkout. Any bottles not paid by the time you check out — or paid via QR code after checkout — will be charged to your final hotel bill at cellar door price + 20% service fee, billed to the credit card on file from your booking.

• If the wrong wine is selected for payment, we’ll adjust it to reflect the actual bottle consumed and apply the same 20% service fee on the total.
