2022 Inkwell Sweet Thing Fortified Viognier is our third fortified white wine release. Aged in 100L barrels in a warm shed, creating a balanced mix of flavours ranging from Vanilla, Honeysuckle, Christmas cake, caramel and a pinch of ginger and citrus. The fruit was late-picked by hand with secondary bunches providing natural and bright balancing acidity. Only 17% Alc. and 1600 bottles made. This wine comes in 375ml bottles closed under a cork stopper under pearl wax (new colour).
