2025 Inkwell Hacking Project Syrah - Inkwell Wines' Expression
As creators of Australia's first certified Regenerative Organic vineyard, we invited five innovative winemakers to interpret our Syrah fruit in their own unique ways. While each producer crafted their individual expression (available through their respective websites), this is our interpretation of the 2025 vintage.
Our Hacking Project Syrah represents both our viticultural philosophy and winemaking approach: minimal intervention, maximum expression. From our limited production of 600 litres, this wine embodies our commitment to site-specific, sustainable winegrowing. The fruit was hand-harvested from our Regenerative Organic certified vineyard, fermented naturally, and aged with respect to preserve the pure character of our site.
