2016 One Love Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz joins our Deeper Well Shiraz in our five years of age releases. As our Cabernet matured saw an opportunity to make the Great Australian Blend part of this approach. A classic claret style of cab Shiraz, this age-worthy wine has all the colours of the Cabernet flavour wheel in lovely balance with our best parcels of Shiraz. We meant to release this in 2021 but, yeah, 2021! With an extra year of age, this wine just got that much better. Drink now or cellar up to 10 years.
